Answer, scan the 'Enter/Exit Setting' code firstly, and then scan the 'Factory Default Settings' code, after that scan the 'Enter/Exit Setting'code again to exit the setting mode.

Question 6, For DataMatrix, dose it support?

Answer, Yes ,it support ,if it can’t work,please scan the DATA MATIX CODE to open it.

Question 7, Sometimes scan the QR code is slowly or can’t scan,what the reason is?

Answer,Maybe the brightness is too dark of your cellphone or PC, you can try Increase the brightness.

Question 8,Can this be used to scan a sellers code and then transfer to my send code to my pay clipboard using bitcoins.

Answer, it can, as it supports 2D Code.

Answer,Unfortunately no. @ are converted to '. I couldn't find a workaround on the manual, but maybe you could change the keyboard type on the control panel or settings.

Question 11, Is there a setting to automatically scan for barcodes? (No trigger press)

Answer, sorry,it can not support.You have to press the trigger.
